To lead this expansion, JNS Homes has brought on Thad Lynch as Division President. With over 19 years of experience in the construction industry, Thad has a proven track record of success in procurement, production, sales, marketing, land, and strategic planning. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Central Florida and has held leadership positions at notable companies like Meritage Homes and Pulte Group, Inc.
Joining Thad on the Orlando team is Taimi Reyes as Operations Manager. With experience in establishing and managing divisions, vendor management, and construction support, Taimi will play a vital role in the growth and success of JNS Homes’ Orlando expansion.
